The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimising Tribe21’s digital presence across all platforms. This role combines creative content production with data-driven campaign management to build brand awareness, generate inbound leads, and attract top talent. The ideal candidate is both a creative storyteller and a performance-focused digital marketer who understands the recruitment and B2B services space. |

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – CONTENT CREATION & BRAND MANAGEMENT
▸ Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
▸ Create high-quality visual and written content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, carousels, infographics, blogs, and job postings.
▸ Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints — tone, design language, colour palette, and messaging.
▸ Write engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, website pages, and promotional materials.
▸ Design and produce recruitment marketing content: job advertisements, employer branding posts, candidate testimonials, and company culture content.
▸ Manage and update the company website — upload blogs, update service pages, optimise landing pages for conversions.
▸ Produce and edit short-form video content (reels, explainer videos, behind-the-scenes, client success stories) for social platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – PAID CAMPAIGNS & PERFORMANCE MARKETING
▸ Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
▸ Manage end-to-end campaign workflow: audience targeting, creative briefing, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
▸ Generate leads for business development through targeted digital ad campaigns aimed at HR decision-makers and potential clients.
▸ Drive candidate engagement and application volumes through targeted job promotion campaigns on digital platforms.
▸ Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust bids, creatives, and targeting to maximise ROI within approved budgets.
▸ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next actions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – SEO, ANALYTICS & GROWTH
▸ Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for the company website.
▸ Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis; produce SEO-optimised blog articles and landing pages.
▸ Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Insights.
▸ Track lead generation funnel performance — traffic, engagement, CTR, leads, cost-per-lead — and report to leadership.
▸ Grow Tribe21’s LinkedIn and other social media following and engagement organically through thought leadership content and community engagement.
▸ Manage email marketing campaigns: design, copy, segmentation, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
▸ Research and recommend new digital platforms, tools, and trends relevant to recruitment marketing and B2B branding.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
▸ Monthly growth in social media followers, reach, and engagement rate.
▸ Number of qualified inbound leads generated through digital channels.
▸ Website traffic growth and improvement in organic search rankings.
▸ Cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS) for paid campaigns.
▸ Email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
▸ Content output consistency — posts published versus calendar plan.
▸ LinkedIn company page engagement and follower growth.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
▸ Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
▸ Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
▸ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
▸ Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
▸ Excellent copywriting skills — ability to write compelling, on-brand content for diverse audiences.
▸ Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
▸ Self-starter with high creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
▸ Understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and B2B content strategy is a strong advantage.
