KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – CONTENT CREATION & BRAND MANAGEMENT

▸  Create high-quality visual and written content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, carousels, infographics, blogs, and job postings.

▸  Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints — tone, design language, colour palette, and messaging.

▸  Write engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, website pages, and promotional materials.

▸  Design and produce recruitment marketing content: job advertisements, employer branding posts, candidate testimonials, and company culture content.

▸  Manage and update the company website — upload blogs, update service pages, optimise landing pages for conversions.

▸  Produce and edit short-form video content (reels, explainer videos, behind-the-scenes, client success stories) for social platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – PAID CAMPAIGNS & PERFORMANCE MARKETING

▸  Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

▸  Manage end-to-end campaign workflow: audience targeting, creative briefing, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

▸  Generate leads for business development through targeted digital ad campaigns aimed at HR decision-makers and potential clients.

▸  Drive candidate engagement and application volumes through targeted job promotion campaigns on digital platforms.

▸  Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust bids, creatives, and targeting to maximise ROI within approved budgets.

▸  Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – SEO, ANALYTICS & GROWTH

▸  Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for the company website.

▸  Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis; produce SEO-optimised blog articles and landing pages.

▸  Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Insights.

▸  Track lead generation funnel performance — traffic, engagement, CTR, leads, cost-per-lead — and report to leadership.

▸  Grow Tribe21’s LinkedIn and other social media following and engagement organically through thought leadership content and community engagement.

▸  Manage email marketing campaigns: design, copy, segmentation, automation workflows, and performance tracking.

▸  Research and recommend new digital platforms, tools, and trends relevant to recruitment marketing and B2B branding.

▸  Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).

▸  Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

▸  Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
